Terms of Service

Our services include Standard, Deep, Move-In/Out, and Airbnb cleaning, with optional add-ons.

1. Cleaning covers accessible surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and agreed-upon areas.

2. We do not clean inside heavy clutter, unsafe areas, or pre-existing damage unless requested as an add-on.

3. Clients must secure pets, remove valuables, and ensure safe access.

4. Appointment times are confirmed upon booking; arrival windows may vary slightly.

5. Cleaners reserve the right to refuse to enter or stay in a property where they believe they are not safe.

6. Last minute add-ons are strictly prohibited. Contact the office for additional services to be included on a future date.

7. Cleaning fragile items, antiques, or valuables must be disclosed at the time of booking.

8. Service times are estimates and the service may end quicker than stated or last longer than stated, depending on the size and condition of the property at the time of service.

9. Intentional miscommunication of property condition can lead to service cancellation and rejection of future service offers.
