Liability & Damage Disclaimers

The company, its employees and contractors are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items, or items outside the agreed scope.

  1. Cleaning results depend on the condition of the home and are performed as agreed.

  2. Clients must report damage or issues immediately; we will address concerns according to our satisfaction policy.

  3. The company will limit liability to the cost of cleaning services only, not for lost items, consequential damages, or indirect losses.

  4. The company is bonded and insured up to $1,000,000

  5. Clients are required to secure pets, monitor and protect residents in the home under the age of 18, remove hazards, and ensure safe access for staff. Violation of this policy can result in a cancelled service without refund.

  6. Clients are required to disclose allergies, chemical sensitivities, and other health risks associated with the service. The company, its staff and contractors retain no legal responsibility for health concerns and issues arising from tools, products, and procedures used to service the property if prior disclosure was not provided at the time of booking.

  7. Staff of clients exhibiting illness may require rescheduling.

  8. Staff may use PPE for health or safety reasons.
